Are Classic Chevy and GMC C10 Truck Fenders Interchangeable?

Fender C10 Truck 1967 - 1972

Classic Chevy C10 Truck Fenders

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between the 1967-72 Chevrolet C10 fenders? Can GMC and Chevy fenders be interchanged? We’ll answer those questions by breaking down the difference between a 67, 68, and a 69-72 fender!

1967 Truck Fenders

1967 Chevy C10 fenders are basic, with just one body line and no markers. A 1967 fender will only fit a 1967 C10, however they can be interchanged between Chevy and GMC trucks.

1968 Truck Fenders

For ’68 fenders, only 1968 Chevy trucks can be fitted to the fender. The good news is, this fender also fits ’68-72 GMCs. They come with 2 body lines and no markers.

1969 Truck Fenders

1969 fenders will fit only 1969 – 1972 Chevy C10 trucks. These come with 3 body lines and marker lights.

Tony explains it best in this 2 minute video from our YouTube channel. If you’d like to order a new fender you can always find the parts you need for your classic Ford or Chevy truck here at Southwest Classics!
