Southwest Classics is excited to be part of the Southwest Swap Meet this spring, one of the most respected classic car events in Texas. If you’ve never been, this is the one locals and longtime collectors circle on the calendar every year.
Established back in 1968, the Southwest Swap Meet is the oldest continuously running classic car swap meet in Texas. Over the years, it’s moved around a bit, but it’s now settled into its new home at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie. With more than 4,500 vendor spaces, 150+ classic cars, and 20,000 attendees, it’s a true Texas-sized gathering of automotive enthusiasts.
You’ll find Southwest Classics on site, set up with a large selection of classic truck parts and ready to talk builds, restorations, and projects. Events like this give us a chance to connect with fellow truck enthusiasts face to face, answer questions, and help point you toward the right parts for your next project.
The Spring Southwest Swap Meet runs April 10–11, 2026, with vendor setup on Thursday, April 9, at 1000 Lone Star Pkwy in Grand Prairie, TX. One thing we really appreciate about this location is accessibility. The Lone Star Park lot is flat and easy to navigate, making it friendly for wheelchairs, scooters, or anyone dealing with a sore knee or two. D & J Mobility will also be on hand with U.S.-designed mobility scooters, and they’re happy to take requests ahead of time.
